Percussion and Drums-Scott Breadman
Scott Breadman has been playing and embracing drums and percussion since the age of 10, supported by his mother who allowed him to practice long and loud while she relaxed in the family car! His music education has included studies at Berklee College of Music as well as continuous private studies with numerous percussion experts from around the world in the field of Brazilian, African, Cuban, Arabic, Jazz, and Symphonic music. He has toured and recorded with Jose Feliciano, Lindsey Buckingham, The Rippingtons, Peggy Lee, Burt Bacharach, Natalie Cole, Paul Simon, Tap Dogs, Macy Gray, Asia, Seth Macfarlane, Pat Benatar, The Dallas Symphony, The Beach Boys, Gato Barberi, Arturo Sandoval, and Brian McKnight.
Scott has recorded numerous TV and film soundtracks including The Austin Powers Films, The Santa Clause Films, Mortal Combat, Ronin, Wild Things, Geronimo, Demolition Man, A Dirty Shame, Battlefield Earth, Scary Movie, The Simpson's, The Tracy Ullman Show, In Living Color, Penn and Teller, Full House, The Red Shoe Diaries, Days of Our Lives, and PBS Specials with Lindsey Buckingham and Jose Feliciano.
Scott has also taught percussion at The Grove School Of Music in Los Angeles, Occidental College, and of course Charles Music Store in Glendale. He has been involved in many percussion workshops over the years including workshops for the Boston, Los Angeles, and Pasadena Public School Systems, The Maryland School for the Blind, The Music Center in Los Angles, and private group workshops (Harvard University accredited).
