Rental:
 

There are a few requirements for rentals.

  1. You must have a major credit card (credit/debit cards are not accepted)

  2. You must have identification, and be willing to give your social security number

  3. It must be rented for a school student, or a student attending classes at Charles Music

 
  Returns:
All special orders, trade ins, books, harmonicas, microphones, and reed sales are FINAL. Three day return on other merchandise subject to a restocking fee. A service fee is applicable for all credit card reimbursement. Product must be new with a receipt and original packaging. Pre-owned merchandise in non-returnable and sold as-is.

 Repairs:
Do not leave important items with the repair. We are not responsible for loss or damage to extraneous items. Receipt must be present to receive merchandise. Items left more than 30 days will be charged a $10 per month storage fee. After 3 months the instrument will become property of Charles Music.
