We cannot warranty parts which we don't supply. Repairs are not done while you wait. Standard turnaround on guitar repairs is 2 days to 1 week. We cannot be responsible if used strings break upon removal or re-installation.

Items left over 30 days will be charged a $10 a month storage fee. Items left over 90 days will become property of Charles Music Store.
